Capacitive touch panel manufacturers tell you that mobile phone touch screens are divided into resistive touch screens, capacitive touch screens, infrared touch screens, and surface acoustic wave touch screens. At present, the most widely used capacitive touch screen is the capacitive touch screen. The capacitive touch panel has great advantages in use
Advantages of capacitive touch panel:
1. The touch operation can be performed by fingers, without the need for a touch pen;
2. Long service life, easy operation, easy maintenance, wear resistance and low cost;
3. Can support gesture recognition, real-time feedback can be achieved by sensing the current of the finger, without generating a signal through pressure;
4. After the production is completed, it only needs to be calibrated once, or it can be used without calibration at all, but its performance and quality must be checked first by testing.
Disadvantages of capacitive touch panel:
1. Unstable. The method of coupling capacitors is directly affected by temperature, humidity, wetness of fingers, body weight, and dryness of the ground. It is also greatly interfered by large-area objects outside, resulting in unstable results.
2. The defective rate is higher than that of the resistive screen. The capacitive touch panel manufacturer tells you that the outermost layer of extremely thin glass has a very good scratch resistance under normal circumstances, but the process requires it to be manufactured under vacuum. This extremely thin layer of glass has a 5% probability of encountering holes. The product.
