After using the tft lcd module for a period of time, the TFT screen often attracts dust (it is more obvious from the side when the power is turned off), and sometimes various water stains are accidentally stuck on, which has a great impact on the visual effect. How to clean the tft lcd module Woolen cloth?
1. Turn off the power of the TFT LCD screen first, and remove the power cord plug and the screen connection cord plug.
2. Move the TFT LCD screen to a place with good natural light, so that you can see the location of the dust, which is more conducive to pertinence, so as to achieve a better cleaning effect.
3. The tft lcd module does not need any special solution or cloth to clean. Experience tells us that clean water + soft lint-free cloth or pure cotton lint-free cloth is the best cleaning tool for TFT display (a paper towel that does not drop off is also possible). When cleaning, you can use a cotton lint-free cloth dipped in clean water and wring it dry. Then use a slightly damp soft lint-free cloth to gently wipe the dust on the display (do not squeeze the display hard). It is recommended to wipe from the side of the display when wiping. On the other side, until it is completely wiped clean, do not wave it.
Note: Do not wipe with hard cloth or paper. At the same time, do not use alcohol or acetone cleaners or chemical cleaners, and do not spray liquid directly on the screen to prevent the liquid from penetrating into the protective film.
4. After cleaning the tft lcd module with a soft damp cloth, you can clean it again with a wrung out damp cloth. Finally, dry the moisture of the LCD screen naturally in a ventilated place.
Other maintenance points:
1. Avoid vibration. The TFT LCD screen is very fragile, so strong shocks and vibrations should be avoided. Do not put pressure on the TFT LCD screen, and do not bump or squeeze the back cover of the tft lcd module.
2. Avoid using the screen for a long time. Long working hours are not good for LCD. If not in use, be sure to turn off the power to the display. Similarly, use wallpaper and screen protectors with caution when using LCD screens. Most wallpapers and screensavers have bright colors and strong light and dark changes. Long-term use will distort the color of the LCD screen and affect the service life of the LCD screen. Therefore, when using the LCD screen, it is best to cancel the screen saver.
3. Prevent electromagnetic interference. Regardless of whether it is a CRT or a TFT display, keep it away from objects with strong magnetic fields. The surrounding strong magnetic fields will generate extra voltage inside the display, which affects the stability of the display voltage. Being in a strong magnetic field for a long time will also cause color distortion, which will affect the display effect and service life of the TFT screen.
4. Pay attention to humidity. Do not let any moisture enter the tft lcd module. If the indoor humidity is too high, the inside of the tft lcd module may be frosted, causing the LCD display to leak and short circuit, which may burn the display in severe cases. For some southern areas with high humidity, the LCD screen can be placed in a warm and dry place, or the back of the tft LCD module can be baked with a low-power desk lamp regularly to evaporate the water.
